Pearlly Chua, a distinguished actress and trainer with 41 years of experience, has significantly enriched English Language Teaching (ELT) through performance arts. Renowned for her role in the monodrama Emily of Emerald Hill, performed 235 times across Asia and beyond, she brings a wealth of expertise in theatre, film, and television to education. Based in Malaysia, Chua trains young artists in acting, voice, and speech, fostering expressive language skills. Her workshops integrate performance techniques into ELT, helping students improve pronunciation and cultural articulation.
