Dr. Wei Keong Too, Associate Dean of Teaching and Learning at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Holding a Ph.D., he specialises in teacher professional development and multilingual education. His leadership in the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) supports educators in adopting digital tools for ELT.
