Dr. HC Aslam Khan Bin Samahs Khan serves as the Academic Director and Executive Vice Chairman of Erican Education Group in Malaysia, bringing nearly four decades of experience in English Language Teaching (ELT). His career began as a secondary school English teacher in Kuala Lumpur, laying the foundation for a distinguished career in education. Awarded a Doctor of Excellence (Honoris Causa) in English Language Education and 21st Century Education, Dr. Aslam has held significant roles, including Head of International and Corporate Department at the Institute of Teacher Education International Languages Campus (IPGKBA) in Kuala Lumpur. He has led major international initiatives, such as the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), training educators from over 90 countries, and the Malaysia Australia Education Project for Afghanistan (MAEPA).
