Holding a Ph.D. in Language Education from Indiana University, she specialises in writing assessment and learner emotive responses. As Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and editor-in-chief of PASAA Journal, she shapes Thailand’s ELT landscape. Her research on assessment literacy equips teachers with tools to provide supportive feedback, enhancing student outcomes.
