Associate Professor Dr. Vahid Nimehchisalem, based at the Faculty of Modern Languages and Communication at Universiti Putra Malaysia and Adjunct at Taylor’s University, has been a pivotal figure in English Language Teaching (ELT) since 1996. Holding a Ph.D. in TESL from Universiti Putra Malaysia, he specialises in language assessment and English language learning-teaching materials evaluation. As chief editor of the International Journal of Education and Literacy Studies and managing editor of the Journal of Language and Communication, he shapes global ELT scholarship.
